The Scoutly dashboard — your centralized command center for monitoring applications, tailoring resumes, and tracking interview velocity.

Dashboard Overview

When you log into Scoutly, you land on your Candidate Dashboard at /dashboard. The dashboard provides an instant overview of your job search momentum, recent recruiter interactions, and recommended opportunities.

Application Metrics & Funnel

The top metric bar provides real-time analytics on your application pipeline:

Total Tracked — total number of jobs currently tracked across all stages.
Applied This Month — pace and velocity toward your target weekly application goal.
Interview Callback Rate — percentage of submitted applications that advanced to a recruiter screening or technical interview.
Average ATS Score — mean keyword alignment score of your generated resumes.

Active Applications & Quick Actions

The center panel highlights your active application cards. For each application, you can:

Open Tailored Resume — view or download the Typst PDF generated specifically for that role.
Generate Cover Letter — produce a tailored introductory note addressing the hiring manager.
Update Stage — drag the card or change its status to Screening, Interview, or Offer.
Add Interview Notes — log salary discussions, interviewer names, and question notes.

Scoutly matches your Master Profile against thousands of fresh engineering openings and internships harvested daily from top Indian tech ecosystems (Instahyre, Unstop, Internshala, and Apna).

Each job card displays a match score indicating how well your skills align with the role requirements. Click 1-Click Tailor to create a custom resume instantly.

Credit Balance & Usage

The sidebar displays your monthly AI Agent Credits quota (250 on Free, 5,000 on Pro) used for multi-pass ATS resume tailoring, master profile extraction, and interview prep. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
