Account & Security

From /settings, you can configure your core account parameters:

• Email & Verification — update your primary contact email address and manage email verification status.
• Password & Auth — change your login password or manage linked Google OAuth credentials.
• Active Sessions — view all active browser sessions with IP location and device type, with the ability to revoke stale sessions.

Job Search Targets & Preferences

Configuring your target criteria helps Scoutly prioritize job recommendations and tailor resumes more effectively:

• Target Roles — specify primary and secondary job titles (e.g., "Frontend Engineer", "Fullstack Developer").
• Work Models — select preferred arrangements: Remote Only, Hybrid, or Onsite.
• Target Locations — add preferred tech hubs (e.g., Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Remote India, US / EU remote).
• Expected Compensation — define your baseline and target CTC in INR or USD.

Data Privacy & Export

Scoutly adheres to strict candidate data protection standards:

• Full Data Export — download your complete candidate profile, application logs, and tailored resumes in JSON and PDF format.
• Zero-Training Guarantee — your personal resume data is never used to train public foundation models.
• Account Deletion — permanently delete your account and all associated records with one click.

Developer API & Integrations

Pro and Enterprise users can generate personal API tokens to programmatically sync application records with personal Notion databases, Google Sheets, or custom productivity automations via webhooks.
